The Benefits of Apples

Apple is a kind of fruit that also can protect you from deseases and it's good for treatment. Apple contains a large amonth of minerals and vitamins that can strengthen the blood. Eating an apples daily can lower cholesterol and reduce skin diseases.



Although apple have only a small amount of vitamin c, eating 100 grams of apple provides the same amount of energy as taking 1500 milligrams of the same vitamin.


Just make sure that you do not take too much seeds because it could be toxic if you took it in large amount.
